What's paid on CustomerEye
Paid plans are not open yet. Everything described as free is available today.
Three things are paid: reports written by a language model, tracking that keeps working after you close the tab, and exports and sharing. That is the whole list. The rule-based analysis, which is the score, the rank, the themes, the recommendations, the churn signal, the reviewer breakdown and reply behaviour, is free with no trial and no expiry, and none of it moves to this side of the line.
AI reports
A written report produced by a language model reading a company's real review text: what reviewers keep asking for, what is going wrong by theme, and what the pattern looks like over the review window. Every model call costs money per company, which is why this is the one part of the analysis that is not free.
Single-company report
Bought for one company without a plan. It stays available on that company's page for you afterwards.
Reports included in a plan
A monthly report for each tracked company, instead of buying them one at a time.
Comparison reports
One report reading several companies side by side.
Tracking
Tracked companies
5 on Pro and 20 on Agency, with reports refreshing about monthly.
The watchlist and its alerts are free and unlimited. Tracking is the separate, paid thing that uses a plan slot.
Exports, sharing and seats
PDF and data exports
Your reports and tracked companies, out of CustomerEye.
Shareable report links
Send a report to someone who has no account, without making it public.
Team seats
More than one person on the same account, on Agency.
What is not on this page, and will not be
Everything the rule-based analysis produces stays free for every company in the catalogue. Paying does not reveal more themes, more recommendations, a longer sentiment history or a different churn signal, because there is no larger version of those numbers to sell. Signing in with a free account, not paying, is what shows all of them.
