What's free on CustomerEye
Paid plans are not open yet. Everything described as free is available today.
The whole rule-based analysis is free, for every company in the catalogue, with no trial and no expiry. That includes the recommendations, the churn signal, the review themes, the reviewer breakdown, the reply behaviour and the monthly sentiment history. The real line on CustomerEye is not free against paid, it is anonymous against signed in, and then a small number of paid extras on top.
Without an account
Every company page, industry page and comparison page is public. An anonymous visitor sees:
- The overall score with its month-over-month change
- The average rating and review count
- The industry benchmark figures for score and rating
- The competitive rank with its neighbouring peers
- The sentiment split
- The sentiment trend chart
- The named themes
- The first few recommendations
Some things are shortened rather than withheld:
- Only the top three themes are shown, with a note saying how many more there are.
- The recommendation list is cut short the same way.
- The theme distribution percentages, the sentiment balance figures and the reply rate read as hidden.
Two sections are not shown at all without an account, the churn signal and the reviewer breakdown, along with the whole Customer Engagement tab.
With a free account
Signing in shows the rest of the rule-based analysis, in full. There is no paid tier of these numbers, and no plan that shows more of them.
All rule-based recommendations
The complete list, not the first few. Produced from stored review signals by a fixed set of rules, deliberately without any AI model, which is what keeps them free.
Full review themes
Every recurring positive and negative theme, with its mention count and share.
The churn signal in full
Not just a level but the score and the drivers behind it, such as the share of negative reviews and the count of reviews containing phrases that signal an intent to leave.
The reviewer breakdown
Who is writing the reviews, by rating and by review behaviour.
Reply behaviour
Reply rate, median response time, engagement style and replies split by sentiment.
Watchlist and alerts
As many companies as you like, with an in-app alert when one moves.
What is actually paid
Only work that costs money to run, or that keeps running after you close the tab.
AI reports
A written report generated by a language model over a company's real review text, bought for a single company or included in a plan.
Tracked companies
Up to 5 on Pro or 20 on Agency, each with a report that refreshes about monthly.
Comparison reports, exports and sharing
Multi-company AI comparisons, PDF and data exports, and team seats on Agency.
Plans are not open yet, and AI reports go on sale shortly.
Why the free part stays free
The rule-based analysis was built without a language model on purpose. It reads signals that are already computed and stored for every company, so showing it to one more visitor costs nothing per company, which is what makes a permanent free tier honest rather than a promotion. Anything that calls a model per company has a real recurring cost, so that is where the paid line sits.
